General Instructions

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prospective candidates for PG/Integrated/BCA/Dual programs offered by the University Teaching Departments may submit their applications through this online admission portal within the stipulated due date.
  • Prior to submitting an application, candidates are required to carefully read the Program Eligibility/Instructions as detailed in the University Information Prospectus/Brochure 2025-26. Candidates must verify that they fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements for the program they are applying to.
  • Applicants must use their own active, registered email address to log in to the admission portal. This email address will be the primary communication channel and must remain accessible throughout the admission process.
  • The applicant's name and other details must match those on their Class X Board Marksheet.
  • Candidates intend to apply for more than one program/ course, they can submit multiple applications from single registration, provided they pay the applicable separately for each program.
  • Candidates who provide false information will be disqualified from admission. If admitted on such basis, their admission will be cancelled, legal action will be taken, and all fees will be forfeited, as per University rules and the law.
  • Incomplete applications or applications without the requisite payment will be automatically cancelled and will not be considered for the admission process.
  • The student claiming HOGC (Haryana Open General Category) category should be passed their last qualifying exam from the school/Institute situated in Haryana or He/ She possess the Domicile/Residence Certificate of Haryana State. 
  • Note: For Residents of Haryana Candidates, the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) is mandatory while applying online.

  • The Candidates, who wish to apply under Supernumerary Categories needs to select the option of “HEWS/ Sports Quota/UEQ/SGCQ/KM/ESM and ROM to get consider their application accordingly.
  • No request for a change in the merit list will be entertained based on the submission of any category certificate or other documents after the merit list has been published.
  • All information related to admissions, schedules, instructions, merit lists, etc. will be displayed on the University website. No separate call letters, SMS or emails will be sent. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the University website for the latest updates and important announcements.
  • The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be carried forward or adjusted for any future admission or selection process.

In the event of any inconsistencies in the rules or the need for clarification, the matter shall be referred to the Competent Authority for interpretation, and their decision shall be final and binding.
